"By introducing BallotTrax across rural Arizona, we prove our commit- ment to election integrity and en- hanced voter service," stated Secre- tary of State Adrian Fontes. "We will continue to improve the democratic process so that every voter can track their ballot with confi dence." This system is designed to provide voters with real-time updates on the status of their mail-in ballots, cre- ating transparency throughout the voting process. BallotTrax, acces- sible at trackmyballot.azsos.gov/vot- er, allows voters to register and re- ceive notifi cations about their ballot status. This initiative also supports ballot curing and ensures voters are promptly informed of any necessary actions to secure their vote. Voters are encouraged to register for BallotTrax to take advantage of this service. Registration is simple, requir- ing just a few steps to set up notifi ca- tion preferences, including options for email, text, or voice messages. While Maricopa and Pima Counties utilize alternative tracking systems, voters in other participating coun- ties can now benefi t from this reli- able and user-friendly service. The integration of BallotTrax is based on information from the Secretary of State's Arizona's Voter Information Database (AVID), guaranteeing ac- curacy and security. To support the rollout of BallotTrax, the Secretary of State's offi ce will launch a comprehensive outreach campaign, including social media up- dates, a scripted video walkthrough of the registration process, and ex- tensive cross-engagement with other voter education platforms. For more information and to regis- ter for the BallotTrax system, please visit trackmyballot.azsos.gov/voter. La Paz County Voters can now use BallotTrax System
