ΔΔΔ Delta Xi Chapter at the University of Missouri Spring 2024 Crescent Ne Chapter House Centennial Chapter House Centennial HCB PREPARES FOR UPCOMING ANNIVERSARY D elta Xi House Corporation Board is hard at work making 2024 a year to remember! We held a directors' meeting in February to discuss upcoming projects, budget considerations, and facility maintenance. We identified short-and long-term goals that align with our mission to provide an exceptional living, learning, and leading environment for our undergraduate members. Extensive preparation is underway for our upcoming bathroom renovation project. This May, we will completely renovate four bathrooms with new flooring, showers, private toilets, sinks, vanities, lighting, mirrors, tilework, and storage: two on the second floor and two on the third in the front and side bedroom wings. These bathrooms were last renovated in 2014, so we hope our updated design will provide a beautiful, bright, and more private space for our members. Make your plans to come see the finished product at our Alumnae Open House on September 15, 2024! In addition to our capital improvement projects, the board oversees and addresses all interior and exterior maintenance concerns for our 26,000-square-foot property. Much attention is given to maintaining the beauty and integrity of our Chapter House at 901 Richmond, which will see its 100th anniversary in 2026! We greatly appreciate the continued support and dedication of our Delta Xi alumnae members as we celebrate this milestone. There are currently 13 dedicated women serving on the House Corporation Board. While members represent varying initiation years and geographic locations, we all share a common love for Delta Xi. We aim to hold quarterly meetings in person at the Chapter House and via Zoom.
