"We teach floral design, charcuterie and butter churning. It's part of our normal regimen of making stuff," said Brumm. Located at 325 Blount Street in the warehouse district of downtown Fayetteville, the market offers vari- ous products from local farmers and artisans. According to the website, the market carries local dairy, eggs, meats, antiques, veggies, fresh flow- ers, candles, soaps and gifts. e famous traditional trio of Graham crackers, gooey marshmal- lows and melty chocolate is known to be associated with campfires and storytelling. S'mores, short for "some more," is an occasion for people to slow down, enjoy the warmth of com- pany, and appreciate life's joy. Brumm is using the favorite sweet treat trio in other ways that will create the perfect combination and environment of connection, excitement, and holiday nostalgia. For those cold December nights, a S'mores charcuterie board is the per- fect way to get into the winter season. "e event is charcuterie-based but is a s'mores theme class. is will be the second year of the S'more Charcuterie class," she shared. Attendees will learn from Brumm how to sweeten things with traditional Graham crackers, Hershey chocolate, and marshmallow s'mores, combin- ing and arranging them on a new level of creativity. Customers will indulge in the delicacy of their mastery of the charcuterie board. e event will include dinner for attendees and beverages. Participants can also take the s'mores charcuterie and grazing boards home. e Down- town Market hosts other Christmas theme board classes for customers to dive into the holiday spirit. "We host wreath-making during the Christmas holiday. We'll have some kind of Christmas-theme flower arrangement classes as well," Brumm stated. "I love hosting the classes. We always have fun as we're making the boards," she added. e thrill of fluffy marshmallows, heart-melting chocolate and crispy graham crackers are a great way to start the winter right, turning Ameri- ca's popular treat into a sweet taste of Christmas joy.
