If a name match is found, the subscriber is notified via email about the match, which alerts the subscriber to verify if the document recorded has any ties to them or their property acting as early warn- ings of potential property fraud. "Although our office has not en- countered this issue, we hope this service will provide peace of mind. The notification service would only apply to documents recorded after signing up. This tool is to update and improve our Recording Ser- vices and our Records Management System," said Richard Garcia, La Paz County Recorder. The Recording Notification Service monitors documents as they are re- corded and notifies subscribers re- garding documents of interest. Sub- scribers are notified by email when a newly recorded document contains a name that matches a name in the sub- scriber's list of names. Subscribers can list up to 6 versions of their names. Notification name checks are only performed on new documents re- ceived at the Recorder's Office. Older documents or documents re- corded prior to a subscribers regis- tration are not checked. You can use this web site to search previously recorded documents for names of interest. The service is free, there is No cost. Established in 1997 and still per- forming with all four original band members. LIVE MUSIC on the stage begins at 11am with Dan Lesperance, sing- er and guitar virtuoso who has a smooth country style, with "spicy" rock, and Latin mixed in. At 12:15pm Rocky Watson, Emcee for the Fall Festival, and One-Man- Show, performs with great guitar work and upbeat country and clas- sic songs. At 1:30pm The Cassandra Long Band is well-known for its ability to weave a variety of styles into a ex- citing experience. As the lead singer for the group, Cassandra Long has an energetic stage presence that never fails to connect with the audi- ence. And at 3:15pm, Brad Ford & FOR- TUNATE SON truly personifies the spirit and grit of America's favorite Rock & Roll band! The show is for all ages and unites classic rock, coun- try, blues and folk music fans to- gether like no other tribute act can. Every show features the best of both worlds - timeless CCR classics and legendary Fogerty solo hits. From the swampy blues of BORN ON THE BAYOU & GREEN RIVER, to the country influences of BAD MOON RISING, LODI & LOOKING OUT MY BACK DOOR. Rock anthems such as PROUD MARY, CENTER- FIELD, WHO'LL STOP THE RAIN & HAVE YOU EVER SEEN THE RAIN. All these classics are deliv- ered with the authentic sound, look and feel of John Fogerty. Fortunate Son captures this sound and recre- ates this music and style leaving au- diences dancing and singing along to every song. Don't miss this fun event for the whole family! Sound simple? It is! And it's also super fun, affordable, and scientifi- cally proven to help your brain and body feel amazing. It is believed that Poi originally came from the Maori of New Zealand. Today, poi continues to play an important role in Maoridom and across the globe as a form of performance, play, and fitness and now in Quartzsite, too! Last year, Quartzsite resident Sha- nana Rain Golden-Bear became qualified as a Poi For Seniors Certi- fied SpinPoi Instructor from Dr. Kate Riegle van West from New Zealand. Dr. Kate Riegle completed her PhD in the health benefits of poi at the University of Auckland. Poi has the perfect mix of physical and cogni- tive elements to keep your brain and body engaged. It's playful. It's rhyth- mic. It's challenging (yet achiev- able!) Oh, expect some giggles, too! And it's backed by rigorous scientific evidence: a clinical trial found that after just one month of poi practice, participants improved their grip strength, balance, and attention. Classes are held each Monday at 10:30am at Quartzsite Senior Center, 40 Moon Mountain Ave. Classes are donation based with $1 minimum to the Senior Center. Poi socks will be provided for your use. Sitting and standing movements will be taught. For more information visit www.QuartzsitePoi.com or call Rain at 928-916-4235.
