Whole Home/Super Off-Peak Electric Rates
Our elective Whole Home rate plan features a Super Off-Peak rate, from 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM daily. You
pay a higher basic facility charge and Peak rate, while your Super Off-Peak rate is 44-47% lower than
our Off-Peak rate. To sign up, contact Customer Service at (910) 483-1382.
Note: This plan may be most beneficial for EV owners who charge at home and drive at least 16 miles a
day/480 miles a month.

PWC has also four Level 2 (208/240 V) charging stations throughout
Fayetteville. Registration with the ChargePoint network is required.
