Page 3 T he 2022-23 school year has been a great one for Oklahoma Alpha. We started the fall semester by welcoming 45 new members to the chapter, followed quickly by preparations for Freshman Follies and Homecoming. For Follies, we were paired with the women of Gamma Phi Beta, and for Homecoming, we were paired with the women of Zeta Tau Alpha. Everyone had a great time working hard and furthering our relations with these chapters in the first semester. Throughout the fall, brothers participated in many clubs around campus such as Junior Greek Leadership, Investment Banking Club, Marketing Club, Greek 100, and Flying Aggies. After finals in the fall, which secured our chapter GPA of 3.4, the brothers had a great time at our annual Golden Heart formal in New Orleans. In the spring, we hopped straight into Varsity Revue, partnering with Kappa Alpha Theta and taking first place! Shortly after, our guys played in the Kappa Delta Shamrock Philanthropy Basketball Tournament and won first place again over all fraternities on campus. After spring break, Oklahoma Alpha got busy for Safari Week. We had a car wash on Monday, a sorority volleyball tournament on Tuesday and Wednesday, a concert on the strip on Thursday, then our formal in Tulsa on Friday. Throughout the week, we enjoyed spending time with one another and raising thousands of dollars for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Shortly after Safari Week, we confirmed our partnership with Pi Beta Phi for Homecoming 2023; we look forward to working with them in the fall! As we head into summer, it is my honor to share these achievements and updates with you, our dedicated alumni. See you at Homecoming!
