Page 2 One of his priorities as an acclaimed "people person" is staying in touch with his closest friends from Sigma Epsilon. "Whether we're spending a couple days in each other's cities, meeting up at OSU football games, or attending the alumni golf tournament, we often make time to see each other." After graduating in 2018, Erik proposed to his college sweetheart. "We have now been married for three-and-a-half years." Erik and his wife, Ashley, live in Oklahoma City and just bought their first house. Erik played a lot of sports while growing up on St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, but he was particularly interested in triathlons. "It was always on my bucket list to do an Ironman at least once in my life, so I am currently training for an event this November in Florida. Wish me luck!"
