She moved to Bella Vista in 2008. Kelly continues to be passionate about making the community she lives in a better place to work and live. She springboarded into the Bella Vista community with memberships in the BVBA and Rotary Club of Bella Vista. She has held numerous leadership positions in both, including president and treasurer. She enjoys reaching out to area businesses whenever she has the opportunity, even if just to drop by with a cookie for an aernoon snack. When Kelly isn't working or volunteering, she can be found hitting the bike trails with her husband Rick, or on the golf course practicing her drive, or enjoying the local cuisine. While she hasn't been able to convince all of her children to move to Northwest Arkansas yet, she will keep working on it because she knows if they visit just a few more times, they will love the area as much as she does. Judy Griffin, Past President Judy Griffin is serving as past president of BVBA. Her love for Bella Vista began in 1990 when her parents moved from Michigan to Bella Vista. Her three sons visited every summer with their children and her siblings and cousins. Ten years later, her in-laws moved from San Diego to settle into life in Bella Vista. In 2015, Judy and her husband Gary arrived on the scene full-time. Judy excelled in her career working with businesses to streamline digital workflow and manage print output. Her 25-plus years in technology were fulfilling, challenging and educational. Her path changed in 2019, and she joined the Bella Vista Property Owners Association to sell advertising and help distribute three publications: Connections, the eNewsletter and Inside Bella Vista. Her time was spent serving on the POA Recreation Advisory Board, the Bella Vista Historical Society as a board member, and the NWA Regional Advisory Committee for the Arkansas Alzheimer's Association. In 2018, she joined the BVBA and served on the board for three years as the treasurer and president. Her many experiences with small businesses and her love for Bella Vista motivated Judy to keep the organization alive and progressing during the pandemic.
