LAMBDA CRESCENT | Spring 2023 LAMBDA CAPITAL CAMPAIGN UPDATE As you are probably aware, Lambda embarked on our Step Up, Secure Lambda's Future capital campaign last year. Our $1.25 million goal was established to pay off the residual debt associated with the 2014 chapter house reconstruction project, pay off debt associated with the acquisition and house demolition of the Clocker property, and provide funds for the development of the Clocker property into a parking lot and landscaping. AS OF MARCH 1, 2023, THE CAMPAIGN HAS SURPASSED $1.2 MILLION IN PLEDGES AND IS WITHIN $50,000 OF THE GOAL! To date, over $575,000 of the pledges have been paid to either the Lambda Alumni Corporation or the AGR Lambda Chapter Educational Foundation. These proceeds have enabled the payoff of the $350,000 debt associated with the Clocker property acquisition and house demolition. They have also provided the chapter with funds to commence the development of the Clocker property. If you haven't contributed to the campaign, please support Lambda with a pledge or donation. All donors who contribute more than $2,500 will be prominently recognized on the donor wall located just outside of the Chapter Room at 2060 Carter Avenue.
