I ndiana Gamma had a great fall semester. We improved our chapter GPA to 3.25, and we are looking to continue this upward trend. Brothers have been actively involved in workshops, including the Charles Schwab Wealth Management Workshop and the Global Sales Workshop. Brother Brody Hiipakka '24 serves as Vice President of the Global Sales Workshop. In addition to these opportunities, many brothers are involved in clubs such as the Financial Services Club and the Corporate Strategy Club. This past semester, Indiana Gamma hosted our annual lacrosse tournament to raise money for the Boys and Girls Club. This semester, with the help of Brother Brent Burke '77, we partnered with Be The Match, an organization that connects people who are eligible to transplant stem cells to those in need. We had an event in January where Be The Match visited our chapter and swabbed the mouths of brothers for DNA to potentially find matches. We plan to continue our partnership with Be The Match in the future and to reach out to other Greek organizations to join us. The annual alumni golf outing took place at Highland Country Club this past October. Ted O'Donnell '00 took the lead on the golf outing and ran a great event. The event consisted of 56 alumni golfers. Victor Chait '25 and Andrew Davey '25 represented the chapter, running a booth at a hole. We look forward to another great showing this year. Our brothers participated in many intramurals in the fall, including softball, soccer, volleyball, flag football, and basketball. We participated in the Greek Basketball Association, which was a highlight of last semester. The team was led by Joey Fuerst '25 and made it to the semifinals. We finished 10-2 and are very excited for next season. In addition to intramurals, Brothers Gavin Fairey '25 and Colin Sloan '25 were crowned Big Man on Campus in Zeta Tau Alpha's campus-wide philanthropy talent show. The event took place in the Indiana University Auditorium. Gavin sang while Colin played guitar, and they performed "Something in the Orange" by Zach Bryan and "Tennessee Whiskey" by Chris Stapleton. Our chapter helped Zeta raise over $150,000 for breast cancer awareness through this event. We are looking forward to Little 500 this April. Our team will be represented by Jake Johnson '25, Bayden Lutz '25, Lucas Lemme '26, Rhett Skvarna '26, Phoenix Haggard '25, and Luke Naas '25 - Captain. We are expecting a huge improvement from last year. Socially, we are ecstatic to be paired with our neighbors Zeta Tau Alpha for the week. The alumni tailgate will take place before and after the race, to be located just east of the Gladstein Fieldhouse (Fee Lane).
