Cooking Matters allows participants to cook in the comfort of their homes with ingredients and instructions supplied by Rick's Place and The Poe Center for Health Education. Registered participants will pick up food kits from Rick's Place with all the ingre- dients needed for the program, then log into a Zoom session where an instructor leads them step-by-step through the recipe. Cooking Matters is most suitable for adults cooking with children between the ages of 4 to 12.
