Top with Swiss or provolone cheese and broil until the cheese just starts to melt. Ingredients • ½ large onion, sliced • 3 cloves garlic, chopped • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 2-inch strips, or more to taste • ½ teaspoon ground cumin • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper • ½ teaspoon chili powder • ½ teaspoon onion powder • ½ teaspoon garlic powder • ¼ teaspoon paprika • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme • ¼ teaspoon dried marjoram • ¼ teaspoon dried basil • 2 tablespoons bourbon whiskey (such as Jim Beam®) • 1 teaspoon soy sauce • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce • ½ teaspoon hot sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot ®) • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer (such as Budweiser®) • 2 cubes beef bouillon Directions 1. Spread onion and garlic into the bottom of a slow cooker; layer beef on top. Sprinkle cumin, black pepper, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, marjoram, and basil over beef. 2. Add bourbon, soy sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Stir in beer and add beef bouillon cubes. 3. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours, stirring every hour or so. Courtesy allrecipes.com Kansas City Burnt End Sandwich Ingredients • 1 point from whole smoked brisket, cut into 1-inch squares • 1 cup beef broth • 2 cups sweet BBQ sauce • 4 hamburger buns • Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil Directions 1. Preheat the grill to medium. 2. Form two 2-foot pieces of Reynolds® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil into large bowl-like shapes with 2-inch high sides; place on the grill. 3. Add the point pieces from the brisket to the foil bowl along with the beef broth and BBQ sauce and mix until combined. 4. Cook the point pieces for 30 minutes on medium heat with the grill door closed or until they appear to be caramelizing and deeply browned, almost as if they were burnt. 5. Serve the BBQ burnt ends on hamburger buns. Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients • 3 cups diced cooked rotisserie chicken • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened • ¾ cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®) • ½ cup shredded pepper Jack cheese • ½ cup blue cheese dressing • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese • ½ teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®) • 2 pinches cayenne pepper, divided • 2 tablespoons shredded pepper Jack cheese • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onions (Optional) Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). 2. Stir chicken, cream cheese, hot pepper sauce, 1/2 cup pepper Jack, blue cheese dressing, blue cheese, seafood seasoning, and a pinch cayenne pepper together in a large bowl until well combined. Transfer to a 9-inch round baking dish and smooth into an even layer. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons pepper Jack over top. 3. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned on top, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, add another pinch cayenne pepper, and sprinkle green onions over top.
