FEBRUARY 8 WORLD OF HONEYBEES 301 EAST MOUNTAIN DRIVE The Fascinating World of Honeybees will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. Bee- keeping is a fun pastime that provides numerous benefits. The workshop will cover the basics of beekeeping and how to get started in this fun pastime that provides numerous benefits. This is part of the Cumberland County Cooperative Extension's Better Living Series for 2023 with "Bees Are Amazing." The workshops will be held at the Cooperative Exten- sion Auditorium. FEBRUARY 4 IT'S A FAMILY AFFAIR SNEAKER BALL CROWN COLISEUM The "It's A Family Affair" Sneaker Ball is dedicated to promoting positive parent- child relationships. These relationships are the foundation for every other rela- tionship that a child will establish in their life. Gun Violence is at an all-time high. We are all affected by the uptick in gun violence that is plaguing our community. Fostering and Realizing the key values of familial relation- ships set the foundation for our community. FEBRUARY 11 Bowling Day in the USA is a special day in which many bowling centers around the country will host events to bring new families, specifically kids, in to come and try out bowling.
