Former Quartzsite Vice Mayor Barbara Cowell, age 70, of Quartzsite, Arizona passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022. Cowell was a long- time Quartzsite resident and realtor with Arizona Westcoast Realty. Cowell was fi rst elected to the Quartzsite Town Council in September 2009 and served until June 2012. Our hearts go out all her family and friends during this diffi cult time. Do you like History? This educational event takes place at the quartzite cemetery and is a fun way to learn some of the history of early Quartzsite pioneers. The Second Annual Senior Prom at the Senior Center, a fundraiser for Tysons well Stage Sta- tion Museum will take place in March 2023.
