You will learn about Victorian Christmas traditions and get to see the house fully decked out for the holidays. Victorian Christmas tour times are on their website, but they begin at 11 a.m. The 1897 Poe House will be decorated for Christmas through Jan. 8. Tours of the house are free. SATURDAY, DECEMBER 24 SANTA'S SPECIAL DRAGON LANES 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Let Standing Tall to Empower help you forget the sadness in this season. Grab your spouse, grab your friends, grab who you want and come out and party with a cause. Enjoy their amazing brunch buffet with chicken and waffles, fish and shrimp with grits, fresh fruit and so much more. Then enjoy their Signature $7 Mimosas or a flight of 4 for $25, then enjoy shopping with their premium vendors or line dance to the latest hits. This event is sure to bring you joy. Lastly, bring an unwrapped toy for a girl or a boy in exchange for a raffle ticket for drawings throughout the event. MARKSMEN GAME CROWN COLISEUM 7 p.m. Join the Fayetteville Marksmen as they go against the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs. TUESDAY, DECEMBER 27 THURSDAY, DECEMBER 22 CANDLELIT CHRISTMAS! JOHN D. FULLER REC. COMPLEX 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Book Black Women Inc presents A Can- dlelit Christmas! Join Book Black Women, Inc. as they bring in this holiday with joyful music and communal fellowship. Local musicians and vocalists will fill your spirit with cheer under the gentle glow of candlelight. The concert will be held entirely in candlelight, creating an atmosphere for both the performers and the audience. Vendors include holiday themed concessions from Pretty Sticky and Southern Weirdo. 11 a.m. SATURDAY, DECEMBER 24 FRIDAY, DECEMBER 23 FAYETTEVILLE HOLIDAY LIGHTS SEGRA STADIUM 5:30 p.m. Get in the holiday spirit at Segra Stadium and enjoy tens of thousands of holiday lights! This will be the last night of the holi- day lights at Segra Stadium. The event will include tens of thousands of holiday lights around the stadium, with displays on the concourse and a path of walk- -through lights on the warning track of the field. Patrons can also get their pictu- re taken with Santa and participate in holiday crafts for free. The night will end with fireworks at 8:15 p.m. Adult tickets are $10 and children's tickets are $8 if you buy in advance. Tickets can be bought at https://bit.ly/HolidayLights122322. STANDING TALL TO EMPOWER 1161 N BRAGG BLVD 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. Come out and enjoy an afternoon of bowling before Santa arrives! This special bowling night at Fort Bragg will include an hour of bowling, shoe rental, a slice of pizza or a hot dog, a 16 oz drink and some gifts for the kiddos. SATURDAY, DECEMBER 24 THURSDAY, DECEMBER 22 HOLIDAY LIGHTS IN THE GARDEN CAPE FEAR BOTANICAL GARDEN 4:30 p.m. A garden tradition for the past 12 years, join the Botanical Garden for over one million lights, Santa, the Grinch, activities, S'mores and much more. Holiday Lights in the Garden is a walk-through, inte - ractive experience with lots of photo opportunity spots, holiday entertainment, games and crafts, and other festive fun for people of all ages.Plus, there will be Food Trucks, Garden Bar, Shopping at the Artisan Market, a showing of Frosty's Winter Wonderland, an Official Mailbox for Letters to Santa, and other surprises await!
