You will make a meaningful difference in their lives while ensuring that our chapter retains its position as a strong leader in Oregon State's Greek system. By including Alpha Lambda in your estate planning, you can play in important role in preserving our shared legacy. Thank You, Brother Bill Deeks '67-789 for your generous and inspiring planned gift to the Building for our Second Century campaign! You can name Alpha Lambda Association of Lambda Chi Alpha as a beneficiary on any of your financial accounts by simply filling out a beneficiary designation form from your financial institution and specifying the amount of your gift. This process is fast and simple, and it does not require an attorney to accomplish. With this simple method, there is no need to revise your will or other existing estate planning documents. Of course, you may also create your legacy through your will or trust if that is a better fit for your situation. Please email Bob Jimerson '77-992 at bobjimerson@gmail.com to let us know if you have already included Alpha Lambda in your estate plan or plan to. We want to include you on the above legacy donor list, which will be permanently featured in all future Alpha Lambda LOGOS newsletters. Additionally, Bob is happy to address any questions you may have about options for leaving a legacy gift to impact the future of Lambda Chi Alpha at Oregon State. Col. Guys, the time has come to provide our young and future brothers with a new Chapter House as our predecessors did in 1920 and 1964. I can't even begin to contemplate the Oregon State University campus without our Band of Bonded Brothers having an active presence. I absolutely don't want that to ever happen and am compelled to act! So, I'm going to do all that I am financially able to ensure our continuity by willing a great portion of my modest future estate to the Brotherhood. In retrospect, the most important life-decision I ever made was to join our Lambda Chi Alpha Brotherhood as a teenager. I learned leadership skills, gained many lifelong friendships, got exposed to lofty inspiring ideals, and learned to work closely with a team of brothers. During my undergraduate years and my 50 years as a Chapter Advisor, the current Chapter House has been our home. It has been the essential hub that has been key to providing so many significant benefits to me and more than 1,500 brothers. Today our home is truly at the end of its useful life. As a result, we are at a crucial moment in our 105- year history at Oregon State. Fortunately, we have a remarkable opportunity. Together we can ensure that ΛΧΑ continues to thrive in our 2nd Century. Please join in this campaign to build a new home designed for the 21st Century. With our gateway-to-campus location at 10th and Monroe—it will be the model for the future of Greek Life at Oregon State. I close by repeating what has always been true: Forever and always in ZAX.
