BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT Kathmandu Cuisine Kathmandu Cuisine is the Best Nepalese restaurant in Milpitas. Born and raised in Kathmandu, Chef Siddhi was professionally trained at a 5-star cui- sine in Nepal, before immigrating to the United States. He worked as a cook in an Indian restaurant in Artesia for couple of years, before joining Kathmandu Cuisine in October 2020 where the two Owners, Mameeta and Gayatri serving flavors from Western Nepal, Kathmandu Valley, and Pokhara. Chef Siddhi added authentic Newari flavors of Seku- wa, Choila, Sukuti along with lip-smacking Indo-Chinese delicacies to create a magical menu for all. Kathmandu Cuisine just celebrated over two years as part of the Milpitas community earlier this year. They would like to thank the community for the immense support and love everyone all has shown for Kathmandu Cuisine. They dedicate their journey to each and everyone offering support - Thank you! One reason they are voted as the Best of Milpitas is because they listen to their customers. For example, back in May this year the customers spoke up and they changed their hours so that they are open till midnight six days a week (excluding Mondays).
