Baker
celebrated
his
100th
birthday
and
was
honored
for
his
service
to
the
nation
on
Sunday,
August
21,
2022.
The
VFW
was
packed
with
locals
and
VFW
dignitaries
from
around
the
state.
They
all
wanted
to
honor
the
Air
Force
Veteran,
who
served
in
World
War
II,
Korean
War
and
Vietnam
War.
He
was
joined
by
his
family
and
friends
as
well
as
many
Quartzsite
offi
cials.
His
son
Kenyon
Baker
and
grand-
son
Peter
Baker
are
pictured
above
sharing
uniforms
Baker
wore
during
his
service.
Attendees
enjoyed
hearing
stories
from
Baker,
along
with
re-
freshments
and
a
delicious
buffet
including
a
birthday
cake
wishing
him
many
more
birthdays
to
come.
