The need for this campaign was largely driven by the necessity of debt retirement and development of the Clocker property. CAMPAIGN PROGRESS AND GOALS The Lambda Alumni Corporation has been repaying residual debt from the 2014 house reconstruction project that has a remaining balance of ~$350,000 from a total project cost of nearly $3.5 million. In addition, another $350,000 of debt was assumed with the Clocker property acquisition and demolition of the house. The Lambda Alumni Corporation has concept plans for the development of the Clocker property into a parking lot and landscaping. Preliminary estimates for this project are $350,000. With an additional $200,000 for chapter house maintenance, expenses, and contingencies, a campaign goal of $1.25 million was established. As of August 31, Lambda Brothers have pledged more than $900.000 – nearly three-quarters of the way to our $1.25 million campaign goal. We believe the goal is attainable through widespread support of Lambda brothers. All individual donations exceeding $2,500 will be recognized on the donor wall located just outside of the chapter room. Donations from the 2014 and 2022 campaigns will be combined for recognition purposes. To make a gift or pledge to the Lambda Alumni Corporation online, please visit tinyurl.com/Lambda-AlumniCorp.
