Benton County Fair Booklet

1. All Exhibits will be governed by the Benton County Fair General Rules, unless otherwise stated. 2. youth entries will also be accepted in the following departments: Agronomy/ Horticulture, Floral, and Fine Arts. Youth items cannot be entered in any of the Adult Home Arts Divisions. Quilts will be entered in youth department and then displayed with Adult Quilts after judging. 3. Youth Ages 5-8 can only enter items listed in the Cloverbud Division, Fine Arts, Floral, and Agronomy/Horticulture. 4. Items must be registered online at https://bentonar.fairwire.com by september 1st. There will be a $2 charge for items not entered online. 5. Only one (1) exhibit may be entered per class. 6. All articles must have been made and/or arranged by the 4-H/Youth Exhibitor within the last 12 months. 7. No articles may be entered in the 4-H /Youth Department that have been previously exhibited in the Benton County Fair or other fairs. 8. Fair tags will be printed and provided by fair. These can be picked up at the Benton Co Extension Office Sept.7th through Sept. 23rd. 9. Entries must remain in place throughout the fair until released on Sunday, October 2 from 1:00-3:00, unless arrangements are made with Extension Personnel. 10. Entries not being picked up at the release time will be held at the fair office for one week after the fair. fair superintendents and officials will not be responsible for any exhibits not picked up on sunday. 11.
