APRIL FAMILY WORK DAY
RICK'S PLACE
This family work day will be a day of
getting your hands dirty while work-
ing on a few property projects around
Rick's Place. There will be team build-
ing activities following the projects. It will be a great event to get out of
the house, bond with the family, create some memories, get some laughs
and do some good for the community. Lunch will be provided. Registra-

at Methodist University and enjoy a
discussion about "Everybody's Favorite
Fighting Frenchman" during a catered lunch. Tickets are $20 for the gen-

TROJAN 5K COLOR RUN/WALK
FAYETTEVILLE TECHNICAL
COMMUNITY COLLEGE
The FTCC Trojan 5K Color Run/Walk
will be a fun event for all – whether
you are a serious runner or the casual
walker. The optional rainbow color powder adds extra fun and happiness.
There will be two routes available – a 5K run and a fun walk appropriate for
families with strollers. Registration includes a race shirt. Proceeds benefit
student scholarships at FTCC.

Celebrate Five Years with Bright Light
Brewing Company. They are kicking
things off at 1 p.m. with vendors, food
trucks, Axes & X's, face painting and lots of fun. They will have two new
beer releases and limited edition t-shirts for sale. Steady Hand will be
playing from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. to close out the party.
