Recruitment Chairman Whitaker Lyons '22 speaking to this year's recruits at the Chapter House on the final day of recruitment. Our Instagram account is up and running at phidelt.dpu! U ndergraduates were able to have a semi-normal semester in the fall after dealing with difficulties caused by COVID. We won many awards from GHQ, ranging from a Chapter Silver Star to excellence in philanthropy, academics, and recruitment. Academically, we are staying focused after finishing the past semester with a Chapter GPA of 3.27. We also had a week of philanthropy with different activities every day, from having people pie our faces in the front yard to having a car wash on the side of the house. We have also worked hard on ramping up our social media presence. If you have an Instagram, make sure to follow phidelt.dpu to stay up to date with what we are doing. On another note, we have maintained our involvement in various organizations around campus. Ben Batchelder '23 was recently elected president of the IFC, while Colin Doyle '24 is working as an intern on the campus farm. Of course, we are still a very athletically focused house. This past semester, Sam Thiel '24 was a NCAC honorable mention for the men's soccer team. JD Sullivan '24 and Connor Smith '22 both took home All-NCAC first-team selections for their contributions to the football team's amazing run.
