wo years ago, Tau Beta announced
the Building for Our Next 100 Years
at 310 S. Monroe capital campaign
to address an urgent need: a new
Chapter House. A house that is safe and
appealing to today's college women and
big enough to be a home for our ever-
growing collegiate Chapter.
Today, we are thrilled to announce we
did it! With your combined support
and love for Chi Omega, Tau Beta
has surpassed our $6 million goal.
Between a successful campaign and the
construction progress of our new house,
our sisterhood already has so much to
celebrate in 2022!
You've probably seen the "Campaign
Progress by the Numbers" graphic in
every issue—let's add some perspective
to those numbers. When we announced
this campaign in early 2020, 105
generous contributors had pledged a
fantastic head start of more than $4.6
million. As of this newsletter, a total of
588 alumnae and friends have raised
$6,016,428. We could not be more
thankful for the hundreds of women
who helped us cross the finish line.
Together, we will provide thousands of
young women with a home to create
lifelong friendships and become the best
version of themselves.
Ready for more stunning news? Not only
is this the largest fundraising campaign
for a women's group at OSU—it's now
the largest campaign for any Chi Omega
chapter. Thank you ALL for making this
phenomenal mark on our history at
Oklahoma State.
