We can settle for nothing less than the finest facility and resources if we wish to offer this experience to future generations of Gamma Delta brothers. e community our home can provide—that sense of belonging—is even more important given the size of the student body. We must position ourselves to attract top student leaders who will move our Fraternity forward. Completion of this project will help ensure Sigma Chi's place as one of the premier fraternities at Oklahoma State. Gamma Delta alumni leadership, along with a building committee, has worked diligently to develop construction plans that focus on the long-term needs of the Chapter. rough careful planning and consideration, it was determined that it is in our best interest to tear down the existing facilities and build a new house for Gamma Delta. Attention and detail are being given to every aspect of the proposed construction plan. Honoring the character and traditions of the past while incorporating modern technology and safety to meet the needs of today's college student, alumni leadership is focused on building a solid foundation for future generations. OUR PLAN ESTIMATED PROJECT COST: $17,000,000 PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS • Impressive architectural design complementing OSU's beautiful campus • Prominent presence on the corner of Monroe and University • Institutional-quality construction • 37,000 sq. ft. complex with integrated multi-function facility • Hierarchy of room designs, amenities, and privacy features designed to retain upperclassmen • Museum space to honor our alumni history and distinguished volunteers • Large dining hall, study areas, etc. designed as flex space for a variety of functions • Well-designed outdoor living and activity spaces • State-of-the-art security, life safety, and connectivity features • Utilize the "Old Pike House" property as parking, maintaining optionality of the lot in the future • Tentative construction timeline: May 2024-August 2025
