"Fresh fruit and vegetables also just
taste better; when you reduce or omit
the sweet & salty and fast food from
your diet, you will crave more fruits and
vegetables!"
You can find all the colors of the
rainbow in the produce section of your
local Harp's Market. Here are some
veggies to use with your Ranch Dip
recipe, and other yummy things you
can find right now at Harps Market!
• Eat Smart Sugar Snap Peas
- You can eat the whole thing! Unlike
with garden peas, the pods of sugar
snap peas can be eaten. Don't worry
about removing the strings or the
round peas inside. The pods of sugar
snap peas are crunchy and sweet.
• Duda Celery Sticks -
Pre-washed and hand cut, a super-
crunchy snack ready for dipping.
• Bolthouse Farms Baby
Carrots - Already washed and cut to a
perfect size so you can enjoy a crunchy,
delicious treat, filled with Vitamin A,
anytime, anywhere!
• Prize Sliced Apples -
Juicy, crunchy and pre-cut…just open
and devour them!
• Sweet Pop Tomatoes - These
little sweeter-than-sweet tomatoes are
the ultimate snacking treat that release
a delightful "pop" when you eat them!
They're perfect for dipping and after-
school snacking, in your lunchbox, or
on the go!
