Psi Chapter of Sigma Chi at the University of Virginia P.O. Box 442100 Lawrence, KS 66044-2100 Address Service Requested D uring the 2021 spring semester, Psi Chapter underwent another successful recruitment and pledge process, admitting a class of 33 new members. In the fall, Jamie Garrison '23 and Noah Schmeisser '23 were granted admission into the McIntire School of Commerce, while Robert Gerber '23 and Noah Schmeisser were granted admission to the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. Also, Jay Chadha '24 was accepted into the University Guide Service, a prestigious volunteer organization, wherein he proudly advertises the Chapter to incoming students and their families. Many Brothers enjoyed some familiar company for Dad's Weekend over the weekend of September 24th. Our fathers enjoyed a Cavalier football game tailgate after a day of visiting the scenic wineries and breweries in Charlottesville with their sons. The athletic involvement in the Chapter never fails to show success, as Brothers placed second overall in the fall intramural soccer league, led by Timothy Sever '22, Ryan Post '23, Joseph Purvis '23, and Cabot McTavish '23. We also saw success in the intramural football league with a third-place finish, led by Hugh Bower '22, Timothy Sever, Grant Killian '22, Nicholas Pasternak '22, Henry Haywood '24, and Patrick Hourican '23. Despite COVID-19 restrictions, our new members have brought some great morale to Psi Chapter and formed tight bonds—both with one another and with Brothers of all ages. We look forward to furthering the Derby Days tradition and raising a record amount of money Luke Addington '24 | Great Falls, Va. Mateo Aguiar '24 | McLean, Va. Taylor Aukward '24 | Salisbury, Md.
