and work for both nonprofit and for-
profit organizations. Because of the
wide range of opportunities in this
field, job responsibilities and wages
can vary greatly.

rapidly growing and ever-changing
field with many job opportunities,
especially now.

will know the changes in health-
care regulations and technological
advancements. Healthcare managers
must also remain current with the
most recent healthcare policies and
regulations to ensure facilities are
compliant with all state and federal
