THE ASPEN 75
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Belvedere Vodka
.5 oz Simple Syrup
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
4 ox Veuve Clicquot yellow label
champagne to finish
In celebration of Aspen Skiing Company's
75th anniversary this ski season, The
Little Nell is commemorating this with a
specialty cocktail. A play on the French
75, this concoction is available all ski
season at The Little Nell.
Directions: Pour all ingredients into a champagne flute, top with
a lemon twist for a garnish.
