With the prospect of having a traditional academic year once again comes the promise of seeing our lovely alumnae grace the halls of 901 Richmond once again. We are overjoyed at the thought of opening our doors to sisters and friends once again this fall and, with that, the opportunity for everyone to see what the generous support of our donors has made possible. A Fresh Look for 901 is thriving because of the hard work and dedication of our loyal alumnae and friends. Earlier this spring, we passed another milestone in our campaign: $350,000. This is an amazing accomplishment that displays how much you care about the future of Tri Delta at Mizzou. Thank you to everyone who has given to the campaign thus far. In this issue, you will read about Jesse White Bodine '97, our project designer and fellow Delta Xi alumna. She has done an amazing job designing the interior of our new home, as you can see in these stunning photos. If you have an opportunity to return to MU this fall, please stop by the house to see her hard work in person. While we are making huge strides in the campaign, our work is not over. Our fundraising goal of $500,000 is within reach, but we need the support of all Delta Xi alumnae to get us there. If you are still on the fence about making a gift, remember the following: • Pledges may be stretched over a five-year giving period, if desired. Look inside for more photos of our first-floor renova on! J esse White Bodine '97 has always loved interior design, but she never thought she'd actually make a career out of it. After graduating with a bachelor of science in nursing from Mizzou, she was working as a nurse when she decided to start a blog to keep family members up to date after she and her husband had their second son. The blog quickly became a creative outlet for her to share home projects in addition to updates about her family. In almost no time at all, her blog launched into something bigger than she ever imagined and ultimately led to her dream career. "Funny enough, Pinterest had just launched, and my blog posts started to circulate and were shared on a much larger scale than I ever intended," Jesse explained.
