Our fall 2020 pledges carded a recent 3.414 GPA and have been joined by our four spring pledges in making an immediate impact within the chapter. e active chapter's GPA was 3.325, which made Pike one of eight UT fraternities with a GPA of 3.3 or higher last fall. More than one-third of our members hold a 3.75 GPA or higher, and five brothers earned 4.0s for the fall semester. We're looking forward to building on this success as we work through summer rush. We can't wait to meet more young men who are interested in being a part of Pike's 101 years of Austin traditions. We welcome alumni rush referrals, and interested students can register for rush at texaspike.com. We look forward to a great fall of activities focused on brotherhood, academics, athletics, philanthropy, campus participation and, of course, a fun social schedule. Aer graduating this spring, I can speak for fellow officers and seniors that Pike has been an important part of our college experience on e Forty Acres. We are excited to move forward into graduate schools and careers knowing Beta Mu is well positioned in her 101st year. I wish my successor Nathan McDermid and the new officers all the best! ere has never been a time to have more pride in being an active or alumnus of Pi Kappa Alpha. We encourage Pikes, parents and friends to visit us when in Austin.
