"Bella Vista" means a "Pretty or Beautiful View;" and as we leave 2020 behind, our Association has a vision filled with optimism, excitement, possibilities, and opportunities that continue our mission to "Promote, Support, and Network." Right now we hold in our hands the opportunity to help rebuild and grow our struggling business community with renewed energy and determination. e BVBA members need your support and loyalty. We need to come together and provide tangible opportunities that support our community and our business owners. Mark your calendar because on Saturday, May 22, 2021, the BVBA will host its first outdoor Business Fair. (Being outdoors makes it easier to navigate through the Arkansas- health guidelines.) Each vendor will have a tent to showcase their business and provide shelter. e event is called "CELEBRATING BUSINESS" and will be located in the parking area between Riordan Hall and Kingsdale Golf Course. ere will be water, food trucks, and entertainment, and of course, a hand sanitizing table. Later in the year, we are hoping/anticipating the opportunity to have an indoor Business Fair. If you are a business owner and aren't a member yet, please join our cause. We have a great representation of area businesses, from home-based to brick and mortar, and we are always looking for new members! ere is strength in numbers! Right now, we offer networking and referral opportunities through monthly Zoom meetings, but hopefully, we can get back to meeting in person as a group very soon. We also have planned fun "Pop-Up Socials" for some interaction. Technology has become a staple for most of us, utilizing social media on our Facebook page provides our members a place to highlight their business along with staying up to date on what is happening.
