Main St., Quartzsite 928-927-5200 SPEND AT LEAST $10 at any Quartzsite business between Nov. 28 & Dec. 12th AND SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS! The annual Christmas Light Parade sponsored by the Quartzsite Area Chamber of Commerce in co- operation with the Town of Quartzsite will be held on Saturday, Dec. 5th 2020 starting at 7 p.m. The theme this year is "A Season of Hope!" Join in all the fun of this wonderful light parade that brings the Christmas spirit to all of us!!! There is no entry fee. All entries are welcome as long as they are in the theme of Christmas and are lit so the judges can see them well. Line up starts at 6 p.m. at the Quartzsite Improvement Association (QIA), 235 E. Ironwood St. The parade will travel east on Main St. to Plymouth Rd. where it will turn left onto N. Plymouth Rd. and head north to the Dance Slab at Town Park. This year the judges stand will be located at the corner of N. Plymouth & E. Quail Trail, across from Town Hall. Following the parade, Town of Quartzsite will host the After Party at the Community Center with refreshments and presentation of awards. Face coverings will be required at the park and please practice social distancing. Applications for the parade are now available at the Quartzsite Chamber & Tourism and must be turned in before December 3th to be able to get into the pa- rade. There is no entry fee. All entries are welcome as long as they are in the theme of Christmas and are lit so the judges can see them well. For more information, or to receive an application for the parade, please come in to the Chamber of- fi ce at 1240 W. Main St., or call 928-927-5200. The Chamber is open Wed. Thurs, Friday, & Saturday 10am-2pm.
