ransitioning to online recruitment this year took a lot of time
and effort to coordinate among the chapter and our campus's
Panhellenic. However, we had a lot of help from within the chapter
in order to make the transition as smooth as possible and to provide
an enjoyable, informative experience for potential new members. We
assembled committees dedicated to creating various videos to play
during our Zoom calls. We had an amazing team that would coordinate
the Zoom calls and assign potential new members and active members
to breakout rooms to allow for one-on-one conversations. Overall, the
process went smoothly, and we transitioned well to a
virtual environment!
