THE ZETA CHI PIKELINE ZETA CHI CHAPTER OF PI KAPPA ALPHA AT MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY e Zeta Chi Alumni Association hosted its annual golf tournament at Osage National Golf Course on June 27 at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. A total of 32 alumni and actives combined to make 8 teams. Golf was followed by a dinner reception at Fat Polly's. anks to everyone that came out to support or donated to the event and special thanks to Eric Delaney '12 for coordinating the event. Congrats to all of our winners and individual winners. We can't wait to see everyone next year! I t is a pleasure to share my goals as director of membership. For those who don't know me, I graduated in spring 2020. During my time as an undergraduate, I served as continuing educator, chapter president, and mental health chairman. I was even able to create programming as the mental health chairman which is still being used today. It is with great pleasure I have the opportunity to serve our chapter as an alumnus arising to the challenges that we are all facing in different ways. During a time in which travel is limited and we are socially distant, it may be hard to feel connected. Fortunately, we all share a bond in brotherhood that in times like these are even more important. As director of membership, I wish to strengthen and utilize our brotherhood to systematically stay connected, as well as reach out to those we are not in touch with. Room 47 West Range was the geographic origin of our fraternity, and it is my vision that each area our brothers reside in have a Room 47. Each of these locations will have a facilitator that will host opportunities for brotherhood and, using Facebook as a platform, will serve as a local alumni forum for events and conversation. is is just the beginning that may open doors to stronger friendships, competition, and professional opportunities. If you are interested in being a facilitator for your area, please contact me. Furthermore, I aim to grow our alumni base by facilitating the transition from undergraduate to alumni and support our network of brethren through technology that will stand the trial of time. More than 150 years ago, Room 47 West Range set forward a chain of events that changed our lives. I look forward to seeing how Room 47 in your area will impact yours now.
