We were a little apprehensive about changing after using paper for so many years. Plus, we've never been ones to use apps or electronic devices so we were not sure if we would like it. Your staff visited with us for a while to get us all set up to use the iPad and then spent the time to show us how to use it. Your representative, Jim, was patient and answered all of our questions– that made a big difference. We have found now that we do enjoy reading our newspaper on the iPad, it is much easier than we had expected. I always read the NWA section fi rst and the iPad makes it quick to fi nd. With the easy zoom feature I can read the paper without my reading glasses and I can sit in my easy chair to do it. It is very important to have our local newspaper, making sure we keep it was worth learning something new.
