Consistent with Cumberland County's guidance and out of an abundance of caution, we have taken measures to mitigate possible COVID-19 contamination. In light of the recent spread of COVID-19, we have taken preventative measures to mitigate the passing of germs from employees and citizens: We encourage citizens to monitor our website, social media channels and FayTV for updates on city programs and services. We also encourage the public to seek information from credible sources including the Cumberland County Health Department's COVID-19 webpage at co.cumberland.nc.us/covid19, the NC DHHS website at ncdhhs.gov, and the CDC website at CDC.gov. New Web Page Features At Home City-Related Activities The City of Fayetteville has created a webpage for educational resources for students & citizens including City-related coloring pages for kids, educational YouTube playlists about City services, and other resources to learn about the City from the comfort of your home! Visit fayettevillenc.gov/education and check out this fun new page! FayTV Now Streaming on Mobile Devices and Smart TVs FayTV is available for viewing online, social media and your smart TV! City content produced by FayTV is now available on Roku, Android TV, Apple TV and the Amazon Fire TV. To install the FayTV streaming app on Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, and Apple TV, search for the words "FayTV" or "Fayetteville." Go to www.FayTV.net to view the live stream! As Fayetteville's government access channel, FayTV is dedicated to providing City government information to our citizens. FayTV is also available to subscribers of Spectrum Cable. The station operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with programs and information focusing on City government activities. This is one of the first government access channels in North Carolina to be available for viewing on Roku, Fire TV, Android TV and Apple TV. Sign Up For the City's E-Newsletter The City of Fayetteville has a citizen E-newsletter titled City Happenings. The E-newsletter keeps residents informed of what the City is doing to support them.
