Little did she know, less than a half a year later, she and her family would move to Bella Vista, Arkansas where she would essentially be starting her business over from scratch. For those not familiar with Pampered Chef, they bring the kitchen store to your door in a few ways. For a home party, Deb will come to your house to demonstrate the products and share a recipe or two. Another popular-type party is the Virtual party on Facebook with no driving required for attendees. Bridal and Wedding Registry and Shower events are also a fabulous way to introduce Pampered Chef products to the community. While Pampered Chef is almost 40 years old, Consultants for the company own their businesses and control their own future. eir mission is the same regardless of location: Enriching Lives, One Meal and One Memory at a Time. Deb has embraced the Pampered Chef culture and new surroundings of Bella Vista. She is building her Pampered Chef business starting in Bella Vista and in a 25 mile radius around Bella Vista. Because each consultant owns their business, Deb has no employees; however, she does lead a Director's Team with five members. Her team is comprised of consultants she recruited. e team trains together and encourages each other while delivering high quality kitchenware to customers. When asked about her inspiration for her business, Deb says, "I have loved Pampered Chef products for at least the last 30 years (and still have a few products that I bought 30+ years ago!) and when I thought of starting my own direct sales business, this is the one I was interested in looking at! is year is the 40th Anniversary of Pampered Chef and I am so happy to be a part of the Pampered Chef team! Last year was my first full year in NWA with my business and I am looking forward to growing my client base, business and my team. My goal is for my entire team to qualify for the Caribbean Cruise that is this years' company Incentive Trip!!" Deb's biggest challenge has been moving from California and re-establishing her business in Northwest Arkansas. She worked to get business exposure from a variety of areas. "One of the first things I did was join the Bella Vista Business Association and I have participated in every event that they have held and have met some great new connections," Deb says. "I also joined a networking group called Masterminds of Business (MoB) and they have also been a wonderful source of referrals and new business leads.
