The new year is the time when exercise resolutions are
up and "running." The gym is packed, the exercise bikes
are spinning, sales of yoga pants are soaring.
But invariably, January's icy resolve melts away. Soon,
the exercise bike becomes a clothes hanger and the yoga
pants are what you wear because your jeans are too tight.
So how to start, and stay with, an exercise program
after you resolve to "just do it?"
