Humphreys Hodge '53 retired after 53 years in the
banking and insurance industry. His great career
officially ended while working at KBA insurance,
a subsidiary of the Kansas Bankers Association in
Topeka, Kan. So far, he's had five grandchildren
graduate from KU. Hump lives in Augusta, Kan.
Gerry Rosenlund '57 added two great-grandsons to
his family. He still enjoys spending his summers in
retirement in Southwestern Michigan on the lake and

Stewart Horejsi '59 spends his spring and fall in
Paradise Valley, Ariz., summer on the shoulder of Mt.
Hood, Ore., and winters in Barbados. About 14 years
ago, he bought the Alaska Trust Company from the
Aleut Indians, an area with the best asset protection
law in the USA, the Alaska Trust Act. The company
opened a subsidiary in Las Vegas a few years ago
and changed its name to Peak Trust Company. Email:

Robert Boulware '66 is a referee for various USTA
and ITF tennis tournaments along with the NCAA
National Championships. He lives in Olathe, Kan.

John Nelson '66 married Carol Kingsey in 2017
after the passing of his wife, Kay, in 2015. After
being diagnosed with leukemia, he had a stem cell
transplant and is doing great in Castle Rock, Colo.

C. Wayne Olander '71 says "Phi Gamma Delta is
not for college days alone. Thanks for many great
years. I look forward to many more." He and his
wife, Rees, a KU Kappa, live west of Indianapolis,

William Hutton '75 has served as the Municipal
Court Judge for Bonner Springs, Kan., since 2003.
He is also the Hearing Officer for the Kansas City

Marc Jasperson '78 and his wife, Celeste, hosted a
75th birthday party for Tan Man at the original Johnny's
Tavern last summer. He was a fixture at the FIJI Island
parties in the '70s and '80s. An article was written

Steve Mueller '80 welcomed a new granddaughter
born in same hospital as him, Brooke Army Medical
Center, in San Antonio, Texas. Her name is Claire, born

Jake Lueck '17 is an Expansion Director for Phi
Gamma Delta and has colonized eight new chapters
in two years on the IHQ staff. He has given a new
FIJI experience to over 250 young men. Jake visited
over 50 universities to support current chapters and
sell the organization to new universities for future
