11 Alpha Chi Omega Emily Carman '03 left her career in legal marketing to pursue something she's more passionate about—travel. She now represents properties in Mexico, the Caribbean, Alaska and Montana for groups of 10 or more. Email: emilyncarman@gmail.com Mallory Lawrence Cosby '04 is a member of the Junior League of Columbus, Ga., and was recently elected as the chair- elect (serving in 2020-21) for the Georgia State Public Affairs Committee. The committee brings all 12 Georgia Junior Leagues to the state house and senate to advocate for women, children and vulnerable populations. This committee has focused heavily on stopping domestic minor sex trafficking, ending taxes on feminine hygiene products and many other issues facing Georgia. Mallory also assists her husband with his non-profit organization, ARISE, that provides grants for teachers in Lee County, Ala. Mallory joined W.C. Bradley Co. almost two years ago as the manager of stakeholder communications and primarily manages and directs communications for the W.C. Bradley Co. She had 10 previous years of experience and joined the company from Cott Beverages, Inc., where she was the digital and communications manager. Mallory and her husband manage rental properties and try to channel their inner Chip and Joanna Gaines in their "spare" time. They have four dogs and Mallory is stepmom to three children. She is a behavioral health care utilization manager for Missouri Care and lives in Centralia, Mo., with her husband, Andy, and children, Maddox and Lennon. Email: sarahhall0516@gmail.com Elizabeth Anderson Hurst '05 graduated with her master's degree in educational leadership in December of 2018 and completed her principal certification this summer. She will be transitioning out of the classroom next year. Elizabeth resides in McKinney, Texas. Kristin and Matt live in Maryland Heights, Mo., and celebrated five years of marriage on June 28. Her role includes responding to disasters across the country to ensure children have the support they need to heal and recover. When Aren's not responding, she's the project manager for a grant in the Midwest focused on preparing Arkansas and Nebraska to respond to the needs of children affected by disasters. She works from home full time and raises her two children, Donovan (2) and Nina (newborn). Devon took the Missouri bar exam in July 2019 and began working in the attorney general's office in August. Lauren Bishop Compton '14 and her spouse, Caden, were married in June. They honeymooned in Aruba. They gifted each other a puppy as a wedding gift. They are now proud dog parents of two golden retrievers. They bought their first home in August and live in Kansas City, Mo. Lauren is a registered nurse with Saint Luke's Health System.
