From recruitment to academics, we have already made great headway toward our goals for the year! A CUT ABOVE THE REST On campus, Alpha Omicron is continuing the standard of excellence set by years past. We held a scholarship banquet where 28 sisters were recognized for achieving above a 4.0 GPA and 38 sisters were recognized for achieving above a 3.5 GPA. The Chapter is also proud to announce that we have moved up two whole rankings with a GPA of 3.34. LIVING FOR EACH OTHER We pride ourselves on serving our community and philanthropic endeavors. This semester, Alpha Omicron will host a dodgeball tournament to raise awareness for hazing prevention, which will benefit the Max Gruver Foundation. We will also host our annual Pizookie night, benefitting the Ronald McDonald House Charities. EXEMPLIFYING THE ADPI STANDARD The fall semester is an exciting time of year with plenty of events and activities. Alpha Omicron hosted a water balloon fight mixer with our Homecoming pairing, Delta Tau Delta. We'll also be participating in Football Frenzy and Basketball Bonanza with ΔΤΔ. Next on the agenda is our beach-themed Chapter retreat at the Stillwater Community Center and our date party with the men of FarmHouse and the women of Alpha Omicron Pi, themed "Daisy Dukes and Cowboy Boots." Finally, every other Monday, the Chapter will conduct sisterhood dinners with the meals sponsored by the House Corporation Board. THANK YOU, ALUMNAE Each accomplishment and every award received is not only a testament to our Delta members, but to the strong foundation our alumnae sisters laid before us. Your constant support and encouragement are vital to the success of Alpha Omicron and, for that, we sincerely thank you.
