Hobson Way will offer service during the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Mondays and Tuesdays, and 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. In addition, video service will be available at the Blythe City Hall lo- cated at 235 N. Broadway during the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays. Both locations will offer a com- plete range of services to residents. Most Social Security services do not require a visit to an offi ce. People may create their Social Security account, a personalized online ser- vice, at www.socialsecurity.gov/ myaccount. Through their my Social Security account, people can check personal information and conduct business with Social Security. If they already receive Social Security benefi ts, they can start or change direct de- posit online, and if they need proof of their benefi ts, they can download their current Benefi t Verifi cation Letter from their account. People not yet receiving benefi ts can use their online account to get a personalized Social Security State- ment, which provides earnings in- formation as well as estimates of future benefi ts. California residents may request a replacement Social Security card online if they meet certain requirements. The portal also includes links to information about other online services, such as applications for retirement, disabil- ity and Medicare benefi ts. Many Social Security services are also conveniently available by dial- ing toll-free, 1-800-772-1213. Peo- ple who are deaf or hard of hear- ing may call Social Security's TTY number, 1-800-325-0778.
