The Minnesota native proudly served in the United States Army and graduated with honors from the Military's Club Management & Culinary Arts School. He spent time with the Army Culinary Arts Team, and was a general's enlisted aide and the NCOIC of a Military Bed and Breakfast (Sink House). In 1990, Pannhoff founded B&B Catering Inc. in Spring Lake, NC. B&B has lead the market for over 26 years, winning "Best Caterer" in the area 22 times. He became a chamber member in 1991 because he believed it was the best way to improve his business prospects and learn more about the community. "Over the last 26 year of membership I have seen positive fruit from my investment in the chamber and have had great respect for it" Pannhoff said. He has taken his expertise to benefit the Greater Fayetteville Chamber by serving as a member of the Military Affairs Council Steering Committee. "Im a veteran. I love the Military and think they are the best in the entire world. I'd rather hang out with them than go to work so by joining MAC I combined both. AIRBORNE… ALL THE WAY.." Pannhoff said. "Being a hospitality guy I know a lot of people in this community and will do my best to be involved with organizations like the chamber and MAC that can bring us all to another level of doing business. I believe this is the best way for business to lead the way." Diana Potts, CEO of The Center for Emerging Business, is a well-known author and speaker with more than 20 years of business development and proposal management experience. She's consulted for Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, and General Dynamics, and provided training and proposal support to Federal agencies like FEMA, NASA and Treasury, and businesses of varying sizes. To date, Ms. Potts has won her clients more than $17 billion in new business. Potts works with industry and educational institutions to help develop business opportunities and provide training. She is considered a leading expert for small/ diversity businesses and served as NC delegate to the Small Business Advisory Council to the White House. She has been involved in both an advisory and leadership capacity for numerous organizations. She played a major role as an advisor with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality during the Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita cleanup operations. Ms. Potts was also one of twenty top environmental leaders in the nation chosen to join a Green Sustainability panel at the Pentagon, where she helped write the Department of Defense's Sustainability Plan which serves as the prototype for 36 other agencies. Her awards include The Congressional Medal of Distinction for Environmental Efforts and the National Leadership Award.
