JaNuaRY 6 - 12, 2019 Get it with a helping of real customer service at Richard's Country Meat Market I t's easy to get stuck in a routine; cooking what you know, week after week. Luckily, there's a local hero in Northwest Arkansas whose goal is to help you break away from this. Treat yourself right and introduce something new to your table this year. Richard McGinnis has dedicated his adult life to providing the superior meats and customer service that he does today. He started young, at age 16, and has over 45 years of experience from which he offers sage advice to those seeking the finest ingredients, recipes, and cooking techniques. He and a partner opened the original Country Time Meat Shoppe at 3042 N. Market Avenue in Fayetteville over 25 years ago. In 1997, McGinnis took over and made it his own family business, and renamed it Richard's Country Meat Market. Richard's has much more to offer than just an amazing variety of high-quality meats and seafood. They have party trays and sliced meats and cheeses from their full-service deli; hot soups, wraps, and sandwiches for lunch (made extra delicious with fresh house-baked breads, rolls and desserts); countless herbs, spices, and marinades, and so much more. Of course they have all the grillable bases covered as well: with beef, pork, sausages, burgers, chicken, ham, lamb, veal, specialty meats, fish and seafood all available in-store.
