3 Chi Zetagram T he weekend of October 20 was ΛΧΑ's classic philanthropic event, the Watermelon Bust! The weather was as perfect as fall weather can get, and everyone came out for a good time. We had nine teams sign up from various sorority houses, raising a total of $1,350 just from entries. With the new addition of the patio at the house, busting watermelons is quite the rush! Some of our members from the class of 2020! Brother John Tuzzolino '20 X2174 said, "This is our third Watermelon Bust, and it has been better every year!" Welcome, Fall 2018 Associate Members O ne of the most exciting bits of news this semester is our associate member class of 33! After a very successful fall recruitment, we have the largest associate member class on campus, as well as one of Chi Zeta's largest of all time. We are taking a big step toward our goal of a full house when this class initiates, and the brothers are excited to fill it up! There is never a dull moment at the house, so we can only expect even greater moments and memories this year. The new class includes mostly freshman, a handful of sophomores, and a few juniors. We already have a variety of different major pursuits in the house, but recently we have had an influx of engineers and business-related students join. Stay tuned for news and events regarding alumni connections and meet-and-greets with the current brothers and associate members!
