EPSILON OMICRON NEWS 3 T he Epsilon Omicron Chapter again achieved unwavering success both at the local and national levels. Our Chapter brought home several awards, including Chap- ter Excellence (Scholarship, Communication, Upper Alpha, Elevate), as well as the Good Sa- maritan Award for the second year in a row for having excellent service in the community. Most notably, Epsilon Omicron brought home its 18th True Merit Bowl. I am honored to say the state of the Alpha Tau Omega Chapter at Oklahoma State has never been stronger. We continue to recruit remarkable young men that we devel- op into charismatic leaders who leave a positive impact on the Chapter and the community. Thank You, Members and Alumni As mentioned previously, the success of the Chapter is the result of the quality of our mem- bers and the dedication of our alumni. This past semester we have seen increased involvement with our members both on campus and within the Chapter House. Most notably on campus, we have two members on the Interfraternity Coun- cil and a member serving his second term as an SGA senator. Internally, it has been an honor to work with a younger executive council; their unwavering commitment and passion toward ATO showcases our ability to develop young leaders and lays the foundation for future suc- cess. Additionally, Epsilon Omicron signed the largest pledge class in Chapter history. These 38 young men will leave a positive and lasting im- pact for years to come. However, none of these achievements would be possible without the sup- port of our alumni. Your continued involvement through financial donations and time spent with active members provides our Chapter with the tools and resources necessary to achieve count- less awards at both the local and national levels. Looking Ahead In keeping with the tradition, our Chapter will remain competitive by participating in Home- coming with Alpha Xi Delta and Freshman Fol- lies with Phi Mu. Additionally, we look forward to continuing our partnership with the Stillwater YMCA through our signature event, Gatorfest, and coaching youth sports during the fall semes- ter.
