What's better than getting
together with friends?
Getting together with friends
you haven't seen in years, sharing
stories, catching up and talking
about things Masonic.
Brethren and spouses gath-
ered in Wilmington recently to
spend some time talking about
brotherhood, friendship and
charity. Hosted by Grand Master
Speed Hallman, the North Caro-
lina Masonic Foundation and
Worshipful Brother Bob Seeling of
St. John's #1, brothers heard stories
of love, faith and comfort from
some folks our Masonic charities
in North Carolina have helped
through the years.
Alumni of the Masonic Home
for Children were on hand to talk
about their lives before MHCO
– and how they have changed
and blossomed thanks to the safe
homes they found in Oxford and
the training that taught them how
to make their way in the world.
Watch for more such events
around the state. e North Caro-
lina Masonic Foundation has been
working hard in recent years to
promote Masonry and our charities
in new and refreshing ways.
