Alwa y s FREE! ������ | S������ RAIN G�����-B��� Parents & Community invited to Awareness Forum Free Parent - Community Awareness Forum August 13th, 6pm Jesus Villahermosa will present a Free Community Awareness Forum for parents and members of the community, hosted by Quartzsite Elementary School District 6pm Monday, August 13th at Ehrenberg Elementary School. Parents and community members are all encouraged to attend this free informational forum regarding school safety. Jesus Villahermosa will be speaking and answering ques- tions to help us work together as a community for the safety of our students. Je- sus Villahermosa is a nationally recognized expert in the area of Active Shooters. His 33 years in law enforcement and 30 years serving as the Point Man on the S.W.A.T. Team while serving with the Pierce County Sheriff's Department allows Jesus to train others with reality always in mind. Attendees will learn about: • How to discuss these sensitive topics with your child. • What to do if your child is on lockdown. • Communicating safety and threat concerns to the School District. • Situational awareness. Attendees are encouraged to bring a canned good that will be donated to our lo- cal food banks. Due to nature of the presentation, children under 18 will not be allowed at this forum.
