Three questions for builder Mark Smith Ozark Living: What is your sweet spot as a builder? MS: "We love to do these custom homes with this much detail when the clients are the best to work with and to make their dreams come true. It's what we do. It's really fun to do this kind of project." Ozark Living: What was most challenging about this build? MS: " e site conditions were a challenge where it was located. e property was in a ravine almost and we had to complete a lot of structure with concrete and steel. at was the hardest thing to maneuver. To build up was the hardest thing to get through." Ozark Living: What was most fun building this home? MS: " e stairways. e home has stairways from the basement on up and the radius turret has stairs in there. at's the coolest feature for me. e home has big tall ceilings and the back yard view over the pool is the coolest."
