Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) ƒis new technology has been a huge hit with members who need to speak with a Redstone team member – but can't do it during traditional banking hours. It also reduces transaction time by half. ƒe ITMs are available as early as 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. on weekdays. Saturday hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Available in our drive-thrus, when a member activates the system, a teller appears on the video screen who can help with most any transaction. ITMs are available at nine locations, with more on the way. Voucher-Free Transactions No need to stop by the counter to fill out that deposit or withdrawal slip before heading to the teller line. No need to remember your account and member numbers for transactions. Go directly to the teller line and let them know what kind of transaction you would like. New technology provides a faster and more secure process for members to make deposits, withdrawals or transfers in the branches. Redstone has introduced a new tool that tracks spending, sets savings goals, budgets and pulls in accounts from other financial institutions. It's now available through Redstone's mobile app. ƒe Money Management Tool is more robust than FinanceWorks™ – which Redstone previously offered. One new feature allows it to automatically categorize transactions to help you create a budget. It has a cash flow calendar and a debt payoff forecast option. ƒis free service is available inside online and mobile banking and provides many of the options available in other pricey products – without the cost.
